OUR BELIEFS

1)We believe in one God, that: · Created all things · Is the Father · Is Holy, Just, Faithful, Pure and Righteous · Is Love, and that He loves you, and every other person that He ever made 2) We believe in Jesus, God’s foretold Anointed One. Jesus is our Teacher as according to John 13:13. · He is the Son of God. · He was born of a virgin by the Spirit of God. · During His lifetime He performed miracles, and taught the principles of the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven. · He died on a Roman cross under the procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate, offering His life as the atoning sacrifice for the sin of humanity. · He died, was resurrected from the dead, on the third day ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God. He is alive today. 3)  We believe that man and mankind was created great. 4) We believe that those who believe Jesus was raised from the dead, who accept Him, His teachings and His atonement for their sin, receive new life by the power of God. 5) We believe that the blood of Jesus shed on the cross is wholly sufficient to cleanse mankind from all sin. Jesus took our sin upon Himself, and by Him we are redeemed. 6) We believe that we should ask for forgiveness of our sins and turn away from them (with the help of the Holy Spirit). 7) We believe that there is one church consisting of all who are believers and have placed their faith in God. Because of this we are heirs to eternal life with Him. The church (body of Believers) meets in many different places and worships in many different ways, with all parts contributing to the richness of the entire church. 8) We believe that it is the calling of Believers, individually and corporately, to seek to fulfill the two great commandments. God stated in Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18, and Jesus confirmed it in Matthew 22:37-39 that we are to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbor as yourself. 9) We believe that God sent His Holy Spirit to: · Indwell in believers · counsel believers · comfort believers · empower believers · teach believers · enable believers to do His will · be the believers paraclete 10) We believe that there will be a final Judgment of all human beings. Everyone will have to give an accounting of him/herself to God according to God's Word.
